Jon Loyhayem

Founder & CEO

Jon Loyhayem entered financial services at 19 and has devoted his career to helping families fiercely protect what they have built over their lifetime. He advanced quickly, becoming a manager at 21 and a senior manager at 26, well ahead of most peers who typically reach that level in their fifties. He went on to expand the company's practice, opening multiple financial service offices throughout Arizona, Michigan, and Southern California.

Jon founded ALEVO Financial in 2020 after a difficult decision to leave behind everything he built so every recommendation could be guided by his principles and his clients’ best interests, rather than those of a large corporation.

For more than a decade, Jon’s focus has been retirement income planning and safe-money strategies that reduce unnecessary risk and create dependable, guaranteed income options. Jon understands the moment when retirees realize that time is the one resource they can no longer take for granted. He is a member of the prestigious Top of the Table, placing him among the top one percent of financial professionals nationwide. Jon has guided hundreds of families from accumulation to preservation and distribution, helping retirees and surviving spouses create clear, predictable income plans designed to last as long as they do.

Outside the office, Jon enjoys weightlifting, surfing, personal development, charity work, and meditation. Years of dedication also earned him a black belt in Hapkido. He brings that same discipline and commitment to each client relationship, aiming to deliver confidence and peace of mind throughout retirement.

Nvard Gayanyan is on a mission to transform the way people think about and engage with their financial futures. Since entering the industry in 2013, Nvard has achieved numerous professional milestones, including being recognized as the youngest six-figure earner and senior manager in her field. Beyond her accomplishments, what truly drives her is helping clients feel confident in their financial decisions. She believes that when people understand their options, they’re not just securing their future—they’re empowered to make informed decisions that lead to peace of mind.

Transfer Department and Case Management

Nicole Tubieros is the backbone of ALEVO’s Transfer Department and Case Management operations, helping ensure that cases move seamlessly from approval through funding. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication keep the transfer process running smoothly between carriers and our company, giving both agents and clients peace of mind that their cases are in capable hands.

With experience handling both Case Management and Transfer responsibilities, Nicole supports complex cases that require careful coordination, problem-solving, and proactive follow-through. She works closely with agents, carriers, clients, and internal teams to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure that every case is handled with accuracy and attention to detail.

What drives Nicole in her role is the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the client experience. She thrives on keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, coordinating with agents and carriers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Jazzmin Martinez

Seminar Coordinator

Jazzmin is the organizational powerhouse behind ALEVO’s seminar programming. As Seminar Coordinator, she oversees the entire lifecycle of events—from initial concept and speaker curation to logistics management and on-the-ground execution.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for educational development, Jazzmin ensures that every session runs smoothly, creating an environment where speakers can shine and attendees can focus on learning. She thrives on problem-solving and believes that a well-executed event is the cornerstone of meaningful professional growth.

When she isn’t coordinating speakers or managing event timelines, Jazzmin is researching emerging industry trends to ensure ALEVO continues to deliver cutting-edge content to its audience.

Evelyn Zemelka

Client Relations

Evelyn Zemelka is the cornerstone of our client experience at ALEVO. As a key member of our Client Relations Department, Evelyn serves as the primary liaison between our organization and the professionals who attend our seminars.

With a background in relationship management and a natural talent for active listening, Evelyn ensures that every client feels heard, valued, and supported—from their initial inquiry through post-seminar follow-up. She specializes in anticipating client needs, resolving concerns with grace, and building lasting partnerships that extend far beyond a single event.

Evelyn’s dedication to white-glove service means that our clients don't just attend our seminars; they become part of our community. Her ability to translate client feedback into actionable insights also helps our team continuously refine and elevate the seminar experience.

Dillon Behdadnia

Executive Assistant

Dillon is the strategic right hand keeping ALEVO's leadership running at peak efficiency. As Executive Assistant, he manages complex scheduling, streamlines internal communications, and ensures that our executives have the bandwidth to focus on high-level strategy and growth.

With exceptional organizational skills and a proactive mindset, Dillon anticipates needs before they arise—whether that means preparing briefing materials for an executive meeting, coordinating cross-departmental projects, or serving as a trusted gatekeeper for the leadership team. He thrives in fast-paced environments and approaches every task with discretion, precision, and a solutions-oriented attitude.

When Dillon isn't optimizing calendars or fine-tuning operational workflows, he's finding ways to make our entire team more productive, one system improvement at a time.

Carel Joy Aben

Transfer Department and Case Management

Carel is an integral part of ALEVO’s Case Management operations, bringing strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a thoughtful approach to resolving complex cases. With a commitment to accuracy and efficiency, she helps ensure that each case receives the care, coordination, and follow-through needed to move forward successfully.

In addition to her Case Management responsibilities, Carel collaborates with the team on transfer-related tasks when needed, helping support accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and smooth internal processes. Her ability to adapt, organize information, and navigate unique situations allows her to provide valuable support across multiple areas of operations.

Through her problem-solving mindset and dedication to quality, Carel contributes to a more efficient and seamless experience for everyone involved. Her continuous drive to improve processes and her ability to support both clients and internal teams make her an integral part of ALEVO’s operations.
